We were on the second floor and no elevators. Outside entries with uncovered stairs with possible ice.... more on TripAdvisor

What a dump......we checked in there, the person at the desk was okay. We proceeded to our "suite" to find that it was a complete ----. I dont know what rooms other people on here writing good reviews ... more on TripAdvisor
