ROACHES!
It's too bad they have roaches.
I have been to Springdale 3 times.. I decided to stay here because of the ratings and pictures.

The Desert Pearl Inn is a real treasure at the entrance to Zions National Park. The spacious, well-appointed, and immaculately clean rooms are so nice that you could spend your entire day there, if not for the lure of the Park. Opulence in Springdale
Just returned from a 3 night stay at this wonderful gem. The style and opulence in the rooms at this hotel surpassed many of the finer hotels I've stayed at around the world.
