They did a good job of snow blowing and plowing while we were there but you are not going to have a snow-free experience like you might be able to get at a major hotel. more on TripAdvisor

Our room (the alpine) was very clean & quite comfortable with a nice private bathroom-a pretty good deal for sat night in Tahoe at $150! more on TripAdvisor
