Terrible Service...stay somewhere else.
We stayed at the Marriott Ko Olina for two nights at the tail-end of our trip in Hawaii(Dec 28-30, 2006). What a disappointment! Although the hotel is fairly new with well-appointed rooms the service is sorely lacking. We checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and our room was not ready.... NICE PLACE TO VISIT - NOT TO OWN
My husband and I just returned from the Beach Club at Ko Olina. We were there on an invite from Marriott to look at the property and consider purchasing.
