Owner could use customer relations skills.
The accommodations were nice but the owner was very unfriendly. She always had her head down at the desk when you walked by. Did not feel welcome at all. She also had a disagreement with me about me booking one ... tersim, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on TripAdvisor

The place is a beautiful old building with large lobby parlors that could be nice for events, but I will not stay here again and will advise all I know to avoid it as a lodging. Great town, low quality accommodations at the Brandon Inn
Our family spent a weekend in the town of Brandon, Vermont, which was very family friendly with great things to do, but unfortunately we stayed at the wrong place, the Brandon Inn.
