Over rated

This hotel has a 5 sunburst rating so we had high expectations. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. When we arrived there was no heat in the room so we attempted to adjust the thermostat and soon found that the baseboard heating unit did not work. Dated, smelly, dirty

Need to clean the walls in the guest rooms and do a remodel of the hotel....extremely dated inside...carpet pulled away from the walls in the stairwells...needs to be more secure...as in you need to have a key to access the hotel.
