Great Home Base for Visiting Central VT
We were on an impromptu visit to central Vermont at the end of foliage season, just to get away with the kids. We had not chosen a hotel until arriving near this Best Western, and booked upon arrival on a Sunday. We chose to upgrade to a "Junior Suite" on the second floor, which offered two queen beds, no smoking and some extra space for the kids to move around. Our check-in experience was normal, we were unable to check in early, so we spend the day in the area at many attractions (list below). After having lunch and a short drive, we checked in at 3 PM and were given room 219 on the second floor...no elevator. We have learned to limit our bags while traveling, ...
