Not bad if you have to stay out of town
This hotel is right accross the river from Georgetown-walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, so it's not a bad location for that section of Washington. 4th of July Special/$99 night/Holiday Inn Style Hyatt
This Hyatt was very nice but was more like a Holiday Inn than a Hyatt in my opinion.
