Quick to take care of our needs
I had requested a smoking room, and when I went to the room it was non-smoking, on a non-smoking floor. I called down to the front desk and explained that I had requested a smoking room and had been given a non-smoking room. I explained that I would really rather have a smoking room instead. Q...
