The keys did not work---we had to go to Walmart to buy scented candles to TRY to mask the smoke odor--lock was broken on the door, and we put a chair in front of door all night--bathroom was gross--people in store were very friendly, but it didn't make the visit pleasant enough to ever return. more on Yahoo! We find that this particular Travelodge is always clean and keeps a handicapped room available for people like us who need this aspect. more on TravelPost.com

We checked into the Travelodge in Ashland, VA . There was chewing gum stuck to the back of the door, burn holes in the carpet about and inch deep and an inch wide (too many to count), they didn't clean the room ... more on Yahoo! Travel
