Only had one problem. I asked to check in early and they let me checkin at 8:30AM - This was GREAT because I'd been awake all night. Problem - the room they gave me was right beside the pool and the noisy kids kept waking me up. It really wasn't the fault of the hotel ... traveler, a user of Expedia.com. I stayed at this hotel for five days, and booked it not only for the Tripadvisor reviews but because with a five-day booking they knock your rate down by $50.
