Third, the door to the room wasnt sealed off properly and bugs got into the room. more on TripAdvisor

Also, room service came by and I asked that they possibly come back later, because my girlfriend was sleeping and they told me no and had me sign off that I declined the cleanup. more on TripAdvisor
