Nice place with great views

i can not believe it
the staff at the front office was EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY. on to the real reason for this review. i recieved my credit card statement with the hotel fees charged on it twice. i have attempted to settle this with two people at the hotel. they say they will fax to me that the charge was not there twic... ron h., a user of travelocity.com.
