I assume this is a Howard Johnson franchise. The upkeep was marginal, bathroom moldy, furnishings could best be described as "cheesy". No pool or other activities on the site. Nice only if it's free

I really look at trip advisor for my hotel reviews. I visited this hotel, due to it being the only hotel I could find on parents week-end at VT, I actually received a free night through a rewards program I am affiliated with.
