Close to Dulles, Very Low Price, Not Much Opulence
I stayed here this week on a business trip where I flew into Washington Dulles. This showed as being very close, and the rates were the best around ($179 mid-week; didn't try Priceline), so I went ahead and booked. The Hampton Inn Dulles North has outside doors, and unremarkable accomodations: the guest rooms reminded me of a Motel 6. The location is good, very close to Washington-Dulles (IAD) - go out the back way from the rental car lots on Autopilot Drive. Comfy Bed, Good Breakfast
For only a two-star hotel, Hampton Inn really stepped up to the plate: It seems the hotel updated their rooms in the past couple of years or so. If you just cant sleep in your car...........
This place is a dump and they know it. They are capitalizing on the location to the airport, but I'd sleep in my rental car next time before staying here again.
