1.0: Don't inconvenience the hotel staff!

We stayed at the Best Western in Marion, VA, on two separate nights in the past two weeks. On our first night, we arrived about 11:00pm. Although the room was very nice, new, and clean, the toilet did not flush. Unfortunately, we did not realize it until we were unpacked! The front desk clerk was...
