Not a Great Experience

After being put on hold twice (the first time for almost 10 minutes, I had to hang up and call back) I had to wait for the Airport shuttle for nearly an hour - and when it finally arrived it didn't have the Hampton name on it, it was a shared shuttle bus with another hotel.
