When we went to the front desk, we had a man who didn't speak any English and was completely unwilling to help us or refund our money. more on TripAdvisor

She called the owner (Sunny); he came and said he would refund the money but couldn't do so until morning; so he would put us in his other hotel the Royal Inn Motel, that was much nicer and very safe ... more on TripAdvisor
