Super friendly staff didn't make up for a room with stains on the carpet and wallpaper, peeling paint on cabinets, overall shabbiness except for main furniture pieces which were of good quality and comfort I was on the 5th floor and the elevator exited directly into a priority club dining area, too weird walking with my luggage by people eating their meals No granite countertops in my room more on Travelocity.com
