On check in was told no hot water 9am to 9pm for 2 days, at 10:30 pm still no hot water. When asked for manager was told he was too busy to talk to us. My wife and I stayed there on our way home from Williamsburg. This is an adequate hotel that served our needs. We liked the fact that the hotel was clean, had a fast checkin, the price was reasonable and that it was near I-95.
