... When we tried to get a refund on the extremely dirty room, we were instantly refused. I wrote to the parent company which is Choice Hotels and was refused again. I-81, EXIT 70 ON HOLSTON RD. TURN RIGHT AT THE KANGAROO GAS STATION. HOTEL IS ON THE RIGHT. I-77 SOUTH, TAKE EXIT 40 TO I-81 SOUTH. THEN TAKE EXIT 70 AND TURN RIGHT AT THE KANGAROO STATION. HOTEL IS ON THE RIGHT.
