Worst Experience Ever

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked and received a confirmation for a standard non-smoking king room, and when I arrived, the room had two queen-sized beds (which I acutally think were doubles). Staff needs to improve

My husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel. We left early in the moning to catch the ferry to San Juan Island. The clerk at the desk looked unhappy and stressed when we arrived. Some Problems - But Overall OK

Got to the hotel later on at night and when we arrived with our 2 young children, the room had not been cleaned. We sat around with management insisting that they give us a new room - they tried to tell us that they would clean it in 10 mintues. Not too impressed with that response..... After we ... Over priced.

The accommodations were inadequate for the cost of the room! We payed over $90.00 for a room with a 15 inch TV, two beds which were to be queen. Actually the beds were single.
