Nice hotel, handy for the Park

The Nisqually Lodge has a nice location set back a bit from the road into Mt Rainier State Park, about 6 miles from the entrance. Clean nice lodge

My husband and I stayed one night at the Nisqually the beginning of October. We enjoyed the main lodge area and the fireplace. Our room was large, very clean and the bed comfortable. We just left Nisqually after two pleasant evenings. I was concerned based on older reviews, but my husband and I enjoyed a relaxing base from which to explore Mt. Rainier NP. Good, but noisy

This was a nice location to the park and a pretty setting, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was filling and the room was large. The price was good and we had wireless internet, in fact we liked almost everything, except for the noise.
