Needs Alot of Improvment

Staff on overnights where great!!! Day staff was rude beyond words and needs lessons in customer service!! To much furniture in the room makes it hard to move around and the fact that when you ask for an extra towel they give ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com

Nice Hotel, but Management Needs Work

Overall it was a very nice stay. However, on checkout, they would not/could not provide a zero balance receipt. WIthour a zero balance receipt, I cannot submit for travel ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com
