The mansion is charming; it is old so the floors creak and the walls are a bit thin. The homey smell from the kitchen permeated like grandma's house at Thanksgiving. Shumway Mansion is nice!

We stayed overnight recently at the Shumway Mansion. When you arrive they greet you with coffee and cookies. The house and grounds are lovely. Our room was nice, except for the mattress.
