This is a sublime hotel with an unbeatable location on Lake Washington and an excellent spa. Be sure to ask for the cold gold spoon after a facial. Not a great experience

My husband and I stayed at this hotel while visiting our son in Kirkland. The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was exceptionally rude. Perhaps condesending is a better word.
