Very nice indeed
We have just returned from our weekend getaway at Alpen Rose Inn and I am happy to say that everything was absolutely wonderful. Let me preface my review by saying that this was the first time we had stayed at an INN (more like a B&B) as we typically choose 4-5 Star big chain hotels. Leavenworth is a very small town and doesn't have any of those :) And believe me, we didn't mind one bit. My significant other had made arrangements for a Romance Package which included accomodations and a very nice amenity (fruit & cheese tray, strawberries ... HappyTraveler110, a user of Tripadvisor. The Perfect Anniversary Getaway !
We didn't want to leave! We were looking for a quiet classy yet comfortable place to spend an extended weekend. The occasion, our 25th wedding anniversary.
