unremarkable room, too pricey, mediocre amenities
Well, it was Oktoberfest and my spouse and I decided to go to Leavenworth to enjoy it. Our overall experience in Oktoberfest was fairly good. Leavenworth was unreasonably crowded but we still enjoyed nearly every aspect of our visit... ...except our hotel. While it's true that the hotel is furnished with many decorations in the lobby, they are tacky, outlandish and there are far too many of them. Also, they are selling quite a few "trinkets" and other assorted cheap baubles in the lobby that gives it a rather milquetoast feeling, almost like a flea-circus or a swap-meet ...
