Lovely tranquil setting, great food, enjoyed the art

We spent two nights (family of four and a dog) at Lake Crescent. The setting on the lake is very serene. We had the two room Singer Tavern Cottage, which was fine, but not well designed. We had come from Kalaloch, where the cabins are very rustic, but frankly much better designed for comfortable use with a living area and fireplace etc. The two room "cottage" was two bedrooms linked by an adjoining ... clson, a user of Tripadvisor.
