Excellent Customer Service

I like that I usually get upgraded to a suite in a quiet area. My bed was very comfortable, and the room was not too far a way from the elevator. We recently stayed at the Doubletree hotel in Sea-Tac. It was a huge complex with great rooms and customer service. We actually made two reservations, because we added a night, and we did not have to change rooms like other hotels I have stayed in. On first glance this hotel looked like a wonderful bargain from Priceline. And, no doubt the price was better than if we had booked it elsewhere. However there were lots of issues.
