Bad room and service no matter what you pay.

I had to change rooms because the first was so bad. The second was only somewhat better. If I hadn't already pre-paid I would have left. Heating unit was unbearably load, the latch on the door was broken off, there were holes ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com
