Book Directly
If you want to stay here and have a pleasant experience, book your room with them directly. They are very hostile to 3rd party bookings (i.e. Travelocity, Expedia, Hotels.com, and even travel agents). We reserved and prepaid for a 2-queen room with a pull-out sofa bed, non smoking.
