If you happen to be in Seattle, Washington for a family vacation, then you will be pleased to know that this city has plenty of Seattle family hotels and other types of accommodations that are kid friendly. There will be hotel amenities that are geared towards the comfort of children of all ages. But besides hotels, there are three major kid friendly attractions in Seattle that will make the family vacations successful.
One major attraction is the Seattle Aquarium that advocates marine conservation through education. The children will learn more about marine life, especially that in Puget Sound. Operated by the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Seattle, the Aquarium has already catered to 19 million visitors since its opening 1977. Today, it has new exciting exhibits called the “Window on Washington Waters” and the “Crashing Waves.” The second major attraction is the Children’s Museum. The museum has interactive exhibits that will delight both kids and parents. And finally, the third major attraction is the Pacific Science Center. The parents must be warned that one whole day is needed when exploring this center. There is an enchanting Tropical Butterfly House and an amazing Planetarium. And the children can fasten their seatbelts and take the challenge of the Morphis Movie Ride Motion Simulator.
