I'm familiar with this hotel...usually very nice, but with the drunken guest incident, it was a tough night. I felt unsafe when items were thrown at our window. walls to thin-too loud, miss flight b/c didn't get wake up call
We like the location. On the river, able to walk to Riverfront park and restaurants easily. Hotle retaurant good. Good customer service except for not calling with our wake up call so we missed our flight which left a bad last impression. Nice hotel
I booked this hotel for $51 on priceline and it turned out to be a great deal. Our room was on the river side of the hotel, much better than the parking lot view.... Also they have a good happy hour in the restaurant. The only downside of this hotel is that it is a bit to far to walk to the centr... wrldtvler, a user of Tripadvisor.
