It is too special and beautiful for words.
My parents went to the Davenport Hotel when they were young because they had dances there. I'm sure that during the "Big Band Era" is was very special for them.

I booked a room @ the davenport hotel, not understanding (since we were unfamiliar with Spokane) that our room was actually across the street in another building.
