Everything about our hotel was top rate. If I had to mention any disappointments, it would be the phone rate for local calls. Sheraton Tacoma Hotel
Many people, including my friends who live in Seattle, are surprised that there is a Sheraton in Tacoma. Not only is there a Sheraton, its a fairly nice and reasonably priced Sheraton as well. Overpriced for the experience
Hotel room was very small and cramped for the price, carpet was stained and furnishings in room were faded and well worn. The bed was great. The front desk staff was not very welcoming, however the conceirge was wonderful. The pop machine did not work. The parking lot is small and has a limited a... traveler, a user of Expedia.com.
