I Heart Chateau Westport!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Chateau Westport last April and LOVED it! The rates were cheap. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful....and the few people staying there(April is still the slow season there) always had a smile and a hello even just passing in the hall to our ro... Ruined Weekend
We had complaints all weekend -
wrong rates which were corrected...wrong type of room which was not corrected...promised changes never happened...no maid service on Saturday which they never offered to correct...desk staff rude to members of the party...desk staff change... The room rates were wrong, the types of room were wrong, and there was no maid service on Saturday. The promised room changes did not happen, they had rude desk clerks.
