No need to continue up the road

What a great place to stop and rest while riding our motorcycle on the Cascade Loop! Had wanted to try to get a room at the Sun Mountain Lodge, but now I'm glad they were all booked up! Wonderful experience

A great beginning of a 2-week road trip. Our room, one of the least expensive (no tv, a plus in our opinion), was small, but cozy, comfortable, and charming. Loved the Chewuch Inn

If you're into outdoor pursuits, this is the place for you. Comfortable rooms (or cabins) to return to after a day full of adventure. We've visited Winthrop in both summer and winter and both seasons offer plenty.
