Not the "Best" value
Let me first say that the room was very clean and the staff was courteous. We arrived late on the first night of our trip; the staff was quick to get us into our room. The location was in a nice spot, close to the river. I am disabled so this is the type of room I rented. It was large with an extra large bathroom to fit a wheelchair nicely. Stayed one night that Am. Best Value. From the name I didn't expect much. I had never been the Winthrop or the area before. At first we missed the hotel driving by, its non descript.
