No parking pass perhaps a smile at least..but none...so I had to go back to the deskl and ask for al the above mentioned items..they were apologetic and all, but when I asked for an additional Panda Welcome kit (which I was willing to pay for) I was told no..they had to order it???? more on Travelocity.com
