This place is amazing! It had a pool that was the best we have seen. It was indoor/outdoor and you swam under a wall to get to each. Our kids loved it!!! ""expected better treatment and accommodations. received neither. a/c unit rattled very loudly at check-in @ 3pm. asked for it to be fixed then. it had not been fixed by 10pm. the desk clerk passed the blame. the new room a/c rattled, but not as bad. no discount, no free night, only a half-hearte... ron w., a user of travelocity.com.
