For a Charleston West Virginia romantic getaway, we booked a room in nearby Fayetteville, staying at the stately Morris Harvey House, listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes. We recommend the Grand Suite on the second floor with its exquisite antique bed and fireplace for a romantic Charleston vacation. The Harvey Room is also beautifully decorated, with an impressive antique claw-foot tub in the bathroom. You’ll enjoying strolling through the enchanting fleur-de-lis gardens.
