- were clean. Housekeeping and front desk staff were great more on Yahoo! Travel
- bed were horrible! we had a suite and the mattresses really marred the experience more on travelocity.com

- be travelling through the fairmont west virginia area and I know that we will definetely stay here again more on Yahoo! Travel
- restaurant was closing at 9pm but they held the restaurant open for us and provided excellent service more on Yahoo! Travel
