The menu \" blends the robust cuisine enjoyed by our forefathers, with contemporary offerings, including vegetarian entrees.\" Open 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday they serve their famous buffets. I was very sorry to hear that someone had such an unpleasant experience at the Hilltop Hotel. My husband and I have been coming to the Hilltop for the past 5 years and have had nothing but great fun and wonderful experiences.
