This is a nice hotel to stay and for football games have a nice location. You can walk to the football stadium and it's also near downtown Morgantown. The service is good and the rooms are clean. We checked in after 11 pm without a reservation for one night. Only smoking rooms were available but we didn't detect any kind of a strong stale-smoke smell.
