Not all that it is cracked up to be
This hotel is far too overpriced for what it actually is. My room was not even close to being up to par in the cleanliness department. The elevator smelled of old socks. The Waterfront Place Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. I would give them high marks for their excellent accommodations, customer service, amenities and friendliness. Dissapointed
The property was in a very nice location but the hotel appeared understaffed and lacking any real supervision. It took us an exceptionally long time to check in while only being the second person in line.
