We had been here twice and found the rooms to be overly humid and a bit small. It was hard to find and the driveway/road up to it was rather steep. The second time we were there we had a VERY small room; difficult to move around the room. The floor was uneven and the door scraped the floor.

Water running - thought cause of mildew

When we checked into the hotel we noticed what sounded like the toilet flushing every so often. As the evening went on it became more frequent. It is a nice place to stay

I like that your rates are not that high, you have clean rooms, and it is a good place for us to stay when we need to get away from the kids!!!
