Amazingly quiet and peaceful

I was a little concerned that the price was high for us, about $105 plus taxes but it was well worth it. The resort is on the water and off a small road outside the town so there was little traffic and even less noise. The room was big and clean with queen beds. Although the beach is rocky, the v... If you reserve a room in the Captain's Quarter's, it is the most beautiful and peaceful place you could possibly stay in Door County. It is well equipped, clean, and large. Great value, Wonderful view!

We stayed in room #2 of the main building the first night and enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and near enough to the water for a decent view.
