This hotel is brand new, so it was fresh and clean. The room was huge, with a spacious bathroom. Each room has a full kitchen, thus there is no restaurant or breakfast buffet in the hotel. Service horrible
As soon as I arrived at the hotel I had to switch rooms because of my leaking toilet, phone not working. The interenet crashed 3 times while I was there. Then the manager told me that he wasnt going to discount my room after the fact. I had to move all of my belongings by myself and I am in a whe... dan s., a user of travelocity.com. The Candlewood Suites in Fitchburg, Wisconsin (near Madison) is brand new, very fresh and clean. The front desk staff were all very nice, albeit not terribly helpful.
