The Governor's Club level is made up of the top three floors of the Concourse Hotel. The perks make it well worth the extra cost, which includes a great continental breakfast and evening drinks, appetizers, and dessert. I stayed at the concourse for a convention and can honestly say I have never encountered such friendly employees. I wanted to change my reservation at check-in and the staff was very accommodating.
